August 9, 2006— Kenneth Cole New York announced today that Kenneth Cole and Jon Bon Jovi have partnered to design a limited-edition outerwear collection that will be made available at Kenneth Cole New York retail stores and Saks Fifth Avenue stores this November. Proceeds of the exclusive offering will benefit HELP USA, a national not-for-profit organization with a mission to empower the homeless and others in need to become and remain self-reliant. Through the development of quality housing with on-site support services, HELP USA provides resources for its residents to become independent and productive.

Jon Bon Jovi will wear one of the jackets on the red carpet of this year’s Fashion Rocks event on September 7th. Bon Jovi performs at this year’s Fashion Rocks event, which will be broadcast on CBS on Friday, September 8th at 9:00pm ET/PT.
