Zootopia Photo Gallery There's no other way to explain it! Last nite (Sunday, JUNE 2) NY/NY/CT radio station Z-100 hosted ZOOTOPIA Concert at Giants Stadium in New Jersey. Shakira, Marc Anthony, P.Diddy, Alanis Morrisette, Goo Goo Dolls, Nick & Aaron Carter, Pink and many other artists took part in the event... but when the sun set and the night got COOL... BON JOVI took the stage, but not without a proper introduction by the NEW YORK YANKEES!!! The reaction was immediate.. the band broke into YOU GIVE LOVE A BAD NAME and there was not one butt planted in their seats... everyone in the stadium was up and dancing and singing along. IT'S MY LIFE, LIVIN' ON A PRAYER, WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE and BAD MEDICINE followed and the crowd kept getting more and more into the band's performance. Jon had the entire stadium in the palm of his hand, especially when he tore off his denim jacket to reveal a rhinestoned Jason Kidd NJ Nets home jersey... and when he wandered out on the Z shaped catwalk though the crowd down front... when Bon Jovi broke into SHOUT... every body in the stadium was jumping up and down and they watched masters at work. And then.. it was over. Radio station shows with many artists allow only so much time for each artist to perform... and the band headed backstage to hang out. Z-100 had done a contest that allowed one grand prize winner and 15 friends to see the show and meet the band, so the band met the winner (who turned out to be from Sayreville, NJ) and then hung out with members of the NY Yankees and NJ Nets in the dressing room... All in all, as Jon said from the stage, Z-100 could NOT throw a concert in HIS HOUSE and not invite him. Check out Z100.com for photos from the event. Also, check out Wireimage.com for more images (both live and backstage) - these are only viewable in small format on the screen but these are the photos available to the media so they could turn up in area papers or national papers/magazines. Keep an eye open!
